What Does It Mean to Belong?
Coffee & Connection with Dr. Christine

We all long for connection—but what helps us feel that we truly belong?

Is it being understood, feeling welcome, or knowing we can show up as ourselves, even when we haven’t quite figured ourselves out?

Join me this November for a complimentary, 45-minute virtual gathering exploring belonging in our relationships, communities, and within ourselves.

As the holiday season approaches, we’ll make room for the joys and complexities of connection—including those moments when we feel a little out of place.

Through a guided reflection and open conversation, we’ll explore:

  • The difference between fitting in and feeling that we belong.

  • Where we feel most comfortable being ourselves.

  • Small ways to nurture connection and help others feel welcome.

Bring your coffee or tea, your curiosity, and yourself—exactly as you are. You’re welcome to share or simply listen.

Hosted by Dr. Christine Dolahan, a life and relationship coach with a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology, this gathering is also a relaxed opportunity to meet me and get a feel for my approach.

Free · Online · 45 minutes · Registration required

This is an educational and reflective gathering, rather than group therapy. The session will not be recorded, and participants are asked to respect one another’s privacy.
