Techniques & Philosophy
At It’s Dr. Christine, we bring together transpersonal coaching and consulting, contemplative practices, personal development, and consciousness exploration to create a thoughtful space for meaningful growth.
Informed by Dr. Christine’s academic background in humanistic and transpersonal psychology, the approach recognizes reflection, embodied experience, personal values, meaning, and consciousness as interconnected dimensions of the human experience.
Rather than relying on a single framework, the work invites clients to explore different perspectives and translate insight into intentional choices in everyday life. Through reflective dialogue, practical tools, embodiment practices, and — when desired — complementary spiritual or energy-based approaches, clients are supported in developing greater self-awareness, clarity, and connection with what matters most to them.
The emphasis is on exploration, integration, personal agency, and intentional growth — honoring both grounded inquiry and spiritual curiosity while maintaining clear boundaries between coaching and consulting, complementary wellness practices, and licensed mental-health or medical care.

Core Techniques We Integrate
Our work draws from a multidimensional framework that bridges psychological insight, embodiment practices, and subtle energy awareness.
Energy-Based Modalities
Including Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), and subtle-body–informed approaches. These practices are integrated thoughtfully and optionally to support alignment, belief examination, and expanded awareness within a structured developmental process.
Meditative & Regulation Tools
Mindfulness practices, breathwork, visualization, and guided contemplative exercises are used to cultivate inner awareness, strengthen self-observation, and support nervous system balance.
Symbolic & Intuitive Inquiry
Select contemplative practices — including guided imagery, reflective dialogue, and dream exploration — are used to deepen insight, expand perspective, and support meaning-making.
Expressive & Somatic Integration
Gentle movement, voice work, creative exploration, and somatic inquiry are incorporated to foster embodiment, emotional articulation, and integration of cognitive insight into lived experience.
Our Philosophy
Bridging Personal Development & Consciousness
We approach personal growth with the belief that each person has an inherent capacity for self-awareness, meaning-making, choice, and continued development. Growth is not about becoming someone entirely new — it can be an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with what matters to you, and make increasingly intentional choices about how you want to live.
At It’s Dr. Christine, we create a bridge between grounded personal development and the exploration of consciousness and spirituality. Informed by Dr. Christine’s academic background in humanistic and transpersonal psychology, the work honors thoughtful inquiry alongside lived experience, intuition, embodiment, meaning, and spiritual curiosity.
Rather than prescribing a particular worldview, our approach creates space for clients to explore different dimensions of their experience while developing greater clarity about their own values, perspectives, and direction.
Our work is:
Spiritually Inclusive & Non-Dogmatic
We welcome individuals with diverse spiritual, religious, philosophical, and secular perspectives. Exploration of spirituality and consciousness is approached with curiosity, discernment, humility, and respect. Clients are encouraged to draw their own conclusions and remain the authority on their personal beliefs and experiences.
Compassionate & Client-Centered
Personal agency, choice, boundaries, and individual pacing are central to our approach. Each person's history and lived experience are unique, and clients are encouraged to engage only with practices and perspectives that feel appropriate and meaningful to them.
Grounded in Personal Development
Our work encourages reflection, self-awareness, values clarification, intentional decision-making, and the practical application of insight in everyday life. The intention is not to provide answers for clients, but to create a thoughtful space in which they can explore their own.
Rooted in Conscious Development
Personal growth exists within the larger context of our relationships, families, communities, and the world around us. As we develop greater awareness of ourselves, we may also become more intentional about how we communicate, relate, lead, make decisions, and participate in our communities.
Every client deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, curiosity, and compassion throughout that process.
Growth is not about identifying what is “wrong” with you.
It is about developing greater awareness of who you are, clarifying what matters to you, and consciously choosing how you want to move forward.
Services offered through It’s Dr. Christine are coaching, consulting, educational, spiritual-development, and complementary wellness services and do not constitute psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis or treatment, or medical care.
